- Sheet 1 — Physicians Daily Summary: For providers Murthy Raguveer, Parikh Pankit T, Rivard Brian M, and Warhurst Michael — break down each day (Mon–Fri) with columns for Total (All/CHK/NS). Include weekly totals per provider. Add grand totals across all providers by day and for the week.
