Build a High-Volume Outpatient Pain and Spine Practice with Well&You
We’re building a different kind of healthcare company, and we’re looking for an exceptional Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Interventional Pain and Spine Physician who wants to be part of our rapidly growing, physician-led multispecialty practice in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking for a physician who understands that every patient experiences pain differently and takes the time to understand the patient’s story, functional limitations, and goals. The ideal candidate combines compassionate, relationship-based care with advanced procedural skill and a strong desire to help patients who feel they have exhausted their treatment options.
This is also a high-volume, procedure-forward role. The physician must be clinically decisive, highly organized, and able to move efficiently through a full procedural schedule while maintaining excellent safety, documentation, and patient-care standards. Our approach is multidisciplinary and may include advanced interventional procedures, physical therapy, behavioral support, lifestyle changes, and carefully managed medications. The ultimate goal is not simply to reduce pain, but to help patients regain function and return to more productive, fulfilling lives.
What sets this opportunity apart?
Well&You combines hospital-level procedural capability with the efficiency and patient experience of a modern outpatient practice. Our state-of-the-art ambulatory surgery center provides the technology, experienced clinical support, and established patient volume needed to build a highly successful pain and spine practice without hospital call or unnecessary hospital bureaucracy.
This is not a primarily medication-management position. We are seeking a skilled proceduralist with strong experience in advanced spine care, image-guided interventions, ultrasound-guided procedures, and the evaluation and treatment of complex pain. Procedure days are designed to support high clinical productivity, efficient room turnover, and timely patient flow. The physician must be able to make sound decisions quickly, maintain a brisk and dependable pace, and perform a significant volume of procedures without compromising clinical judgment, quality, or patient safety. The physician will also help expand Well&You’s pain and spine service line, develop referral relationships, improve clinical pathways, and participate meaningfully in the organization’s continued growth and financial success.
Why This Role is an Opportunity
- Exceptional earning potential: Total compensation potential of 450,000–1,000,000+ based on experience and productivity.
- Equity potential: Ownership opportunities may be available with no required buy-in.
- Established patient demand: Step into a mature practice with an existing patient base, strong referral pipeline, and significant procedural volume.

- Modern ASC environment: Perform procedures in a new, fully equipped ambulatory surgery center designed for safety, efficiency, and patient comfort.
- Efficient clinical model: Work with an experienced team and streamlined workflows designed for productive procedure days and efficient room turnover.
- True work-life balance: Maintain a Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with no hospital call, nights, or weekends.
- Service-line leadership: Help shape and grow a comprehensive pain and spine program.
- Multispecialty collaboration: Work closely with cardiology, vascular, interventional radiology, podiatry, and other specialists to address complex and overlapping conditions.
